Help Is Available For Local Seniors

The Lapeer County Senior Coalition has traveling workshops at various area locations covering different topics. The next workshop will be at the Hadley Township Hall on June 8th, from 1:30 - 3:30pm on Hadley Road.
Experts from Valley Area Agency on Aging which will be discussing a new volunteer program for seniors as well as other programs, Senior Reach which is a community program that identifies older adults who may need emotional or physical support and/or connection to community services, and Legal Services of Eastern Michigan answering questions about power of attorney/wills and legal issues pertaining to seniors.
