Huge Volunteer Presence on MLK Day in Genesee County — Thanks to AmeriCorps Volunteers

AmeriCorps volunteers are really getting into this day of service in Genesee County.

According to a press release from the United Way of Genesee County, about 140 AmeriCorps volunteers are providing services at five community projects around Genesee County.

The sites include: Whaley Children’s Center, Dailey Elementary School, Communities First Inc., University of Michigan-Flint, and Forge Flint.
