I have to admit that I am not a coffee drinker but I grew up with one, my Dad. As long as I have known my dad there has been a cup of coffee either in his hand or nearby. He will drink it on a hot day in the middle of the summer but he keeps his coffee brew simple.

Michiganders chose cold brew coffee as one of their favorites. There is a process involved in cold brew called steeping coffee grounds in water at cool temperatures for an extended period anywhere from 12 to 24 hours. A cup of cold brew can be 60% less acidic and bitter than hot brewed coffee.

Tried and true is black coffee. Black coffee is simply coffee with nothing added. The world has been drinking it that since the 15th century and Michiganders still love it that way today

The cappuccino slides into the number 3 choice for Michiganders. A cappuccino is an espresso-based coffee drink that is traditionally prepared with steamed milk foam. There are tons of variations that include cream instead of milk, non-dairy milk substitutes, and even flavors like cinnamon or chocolate.
