Casino Alpha recently crunched some numbers using Brandwatch to determine the most popular apps across America, and then broke out the data by state.

The results were surprising to an extent. For instance, while Spotify and Zoom were among the 10 most popular apps across the nation, they failed to crack the Top 10 most popular apps among those of us in Michigan.

WhatsApp is the 10th most popular app in Michigan

Netflix is the 8th most popular app in Michigan

Online streaming giant Netflix is the 3rd most popular app in the United States, but only 8th among those of us who call Michigan home.

The 7th-most popular app in Michigan is Snapchat
