City of Davison to Launch New Trolley Service
The City of Davison and the Mass Transportation Authority have announced the launch of a new trolley service for residents.
Genesee County residents may already be familiar with the Fenton MTA Trolley, which has been in operation since 2022, providing a convenient and popular transportation option for the community.
According to the official press release from the City of Davison, route details are as follows,
This new route will connect key destinations across Davison, including shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and community spaces. Stops will include popular locations such as Kroger, VG’s, Meijer, the Davison Farmers Market, Davison Senior Center, downtown Davison, and several dining and recreation destinations.
When Does the Davison Trolley Start?
Trolley service will be seasonal, running from Tuesday, May 12, 2026, through Saturday, December 12, 2026.
Davison Trolley Hours
- Monday: No Trolley Service
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: No Trolley Service
- Thursday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday: No Trolley Service
The Davison Trolley will operate on a consistent 30-minute loop, allowing for easy boarding and exiting.
