Lapeer Food Truck Festival Returns Tonight
The Lapeer Food Truck Festival kicks off today, May 11th, 2026.
The event will feature 14 food trucks, including some familiar favorites along with a few new additions.

What are the hours for the Lapeer Food Truck Festival?
The full schedule is as follows,
- Monday, May 11th, 2026: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, June 8th, 2026: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, July 13th, 2026: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Monday, September 14th, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The festival takes place in the south end parking lot located between Court Street and Saginaw Street along Farmers Creek, directly across from Annrook Park in Lapeer.
Tonight, under the pavilion at Annrook Park, there will be free face painting and balloon animals from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
The annual Lapeer Car Cruise also kicks off tonight for the season in downtown Lapeer. Please see the post below regarding some changes this year due to construction. Most importantly, the cruise is still a go.
