Michigan Amazon Driver’s Frustration Goes Viral
A Michigan Amazon delivery driver has gone viral, and not for a good reason.
The unidentified man was caught on a doorbell camera in Redford Township, cussing and ranting about customers no longer shopping at actual stores. You can see it, and hear it, in the video below.
Ugh, hello - doesn't that defeat the purpose of his job? Again, the man is a delivery driver.
I am not judging; everyone has bad days. Unfortunately for him, thousands upon thousands of people got a front-row seat to his - including Amazon higher-ups.
After the homeowner released the footage, Amazon released the following statement,
We’re actively looking into this and will take appropriate action following our review. Based on the actions depicted in the video, this behavior does not reflect the standards we hold for drivers delivering to Amazon customers.
It never fails to amaze me how often people forget there are cameras everywhere. From doorbells and buildings to ordinary people with their phones, we can be recorded literally 24/7.
Whether it’s right or wrong, it’s just the reality of 2026.

I don’t know if we’ll ever learn the identity of the driver involved, and honestly, I don’t think we need to.
As I mentioned above, we all have bad days. Think of some of your past behavior at a former job or your current job.
Chances are, there’s at least one - or maybe even two things you did that make you cringe today. I can relate.
