Michigan Inmate Files Lawsuit – Accuses Guards Of Taking His Porn
A Michigan inmate is suing the Michigan Department of corrections after he claims guards at Kinross Correctional Facility intercepted his porn magazines.
According to FOX 2 News, John Alexander is suing for $60,000 after prison guards allegedly kept his porn magazines from him. Alexander claims friends sent him copies of Foreplay Magazine for his birthday, and the guards took the publications.
What exactly is Foreplay Magazine? According to Google, it is the number one magazine for prison entertainment. The Messenger reports,
'The magazine provides an eyeful without violating prison policies.'
Alexander's lawsuit states his First Amendment rights have been violated, and he is hoping to turn his lawsuit into a class action suit. As for Kinross Correctional Facility in Kincheloe, Michigan - at this time there is no comment from the prison.
In case you are wondering, John Alexander, 57, is serving a life sentence behind bars for second-degree fleeing from police.
