After opening in April 2025, The One Eleven in downtown Fenton is now closing its doors.

According to Executive Chef and Managing Partner Luis Fernandes, the spirit - and some of the dishes from The One Eleven will live on at Redwood Steakhouse & Brewery, where he will feature a mix of fan favorites along with some new additions.

When is The One Eleven closing in Fenton?

The last day is Thursday, April 30th, 2026. The One Eleven is located at 111 South Leroy Street.

Chef Luis included the following in his farewell announcement,

This restaurant has been a labor of love. A room full of shared plates, big flavors, date nights, celebrations, regulars, first-timers, full glasses, loud laughs, and a community that showed up for us again and again.
The best of One Eleven will live on at Redwood Steakhouse & Brewery, where Luis will be curating a selection of fan favorites alongside some new surprises.

Fans of The One Eleven are sad to see it close. Many people have shown strong support for Chef Luis and the restaurant staff. Many have shared thank-you messages, memories, and more on Facebook.

As of now, what will move into the space has not been revealed. However, it has been announced that something new will open this summer. Stay tuned.
