If you were at Bicentennial Park in Grand Blanc Township over the weekend, you probably witnessed a really wild police chase that ended with a few arrests.

MLive reports that the chase began around 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29, when a deputy tried to pull over a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that had been reported stolen. Things quickly escalated as the vehicle didn’t stop and sped off.

Police chased the stolen vehicle through Bicentennial Park and into a nearby neighborhood, where it eventually stopped after hitting a mailbox. As soon as the Jeep Cherokee came to a halt, all four passengers—two men and two women—jumped out and fled on foot.

It's an absolute miracle that no one was injured during that chase through Bicentennial Park as there were many families there at the time.
