When you hear “action park,” most of us immediately think gross, sticky floors, germ central, and screaming kids. Hang on, this might be a little different.

Where Is Slick City Action Park Located?

According to MLive, the park is opening at 1820 Crooks Road and is being described as the world’s first indoor dry-slide and air-court park for all ages. Translation: big, fast slides without water, wide open air courts, and plenty of space to move without feeling like you’re stuck at a toddler birthday party.

What You Can Do at Slick City Action Park

Inside, you’ll find multi-lane racing slides, an indoor zipline, sports and dodgeball courts, a web crawler, and a junior jungle for the younger kids. There will also be party rooms for birthdays and group events.

The owner says this is something Michigan hasn’t seen before, and honestly, that sounds about right. Yes, there will be kids everywhere, and things might get a little sticky. But this sounds less like a kids' play place and more like family fun that adults can actually enjoy.

Slick City launched in 2021 and has been expanding fast. Now Michigan joins that growing list.
