How is it possible you might be owed money from the class action lawsuit?

When most of us were working and staying at home during the pandemic, delivery of our favorite foods, groceries and adult beverages became the norm.

Hidden in the mark-ups is the devil in the details.

The class action lawsuit against Chick-Fil-A alleges the company advertised free or low-fee delivery, but secretly inflated menu prices by 25-30% for delivery orders.

That means, if someone would have chosen pick-up instead of delivery, the price would be lower according to The Takeout.

How do you collect on any money owed to you?

Chick-Fil-A has reached a $4.4 million settlement in the class action lawsuit.

That amount will be broken down into $29.25 cash payments or $29.25 gift card payments according to Top Class Actions.

The settlement claim form will eventually be posted on Chick-Fil-A's website. (We checked as of this posting, it wasn't there, yet.)

When the form is ready, you'll enter your name, email address, phone number and certification you're eligible to receive the settlement.
