Lego Obsessed Home Outside of Michigan On Market for $250K Blocks & All
Ahhhh Legos. That whimsical little plastic building block captivates children for hours with creativity and has been known to spawn expletives from an adult at 2 am when they step on one of those little buggers in the dark.
There are some true Lego lovers out there that just can't get enough of the popular toy, but how far is too far? Pretty far apparently. Really far.
Welcome to the house that Lego built. The home isn't really made of Legos, but there isn't much of it that isn't Lego-inspired. On the market for $250,000, and about 5 hours from Michigan in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the home looks like any other typical suburban house until you walk inside.
Inside the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch is a world filled with brightly colored, block-inspired decor. From the kitchen to the dining area, to the bathroom that might make some dizzy, Legoland is alive and well. The lower level may even have you wondering if there was a black-market lego store being run on the down-low.
One interesting note. We couldn't help but zero in on the description of the lower level itself on the Zillow listing.
"The basement is finished with not one but two rec room areas & also a workshop with a steel entry door, 2 layers of drywall, denim insulation & green glue soundproofing-perfect for a man cave, workshop or sound/music studio."
Hmmm. Well alrighty then.
Take a look inside, and be careful where you step in the middle of the night.
