Cream legend Jack Bruce is selling one of the houses that "White Room" built, so to speak.  The UK's "Daily Mail" says the bass player is letting go of his vacation home in the Italian beach town of Dolceacqua. J

ack and his wife Margit want 169-thousand U.S. dollars for the home.  Bruce says he hasn't had as much time to visit the house since his 2003 liver transplant.  The rocker adds that he's "reluctant" to sell, citing Dolceacqua's history as a destination for artists like Claude Monet.

The Italian vacation home is part of Jack's real estate portfolio.  The musician has collected a large percentage of Cream's royalties over the years.  He was writer on most of the band's songs.
