Jon Bon Jovi Says Richie Sambora “Gone”

Any hopes that Richie Sambora would rejoin Bon Jovi seems to have been dashed.

In a new interview with Showbiz 411, Jon Bon Jovi says Sambora "quit - he's gone." It's been about a year since Sambora announced he would quit the band to spend more time with his family. That announcement came after a bunch of back-and-forth between the pair. The problems started in April 2013 when it was announced Sambora wouldn't be part of the band's upcoming tour.  Rumors then began to fly over whether or not Sambora quit or was fired. In the interview Bon Jovi also added that there were "no hard feelings" and "being in a band isn't a life sentence."
