Just Released New Music From Neil Young [VIDEO]

To the surprise of many Neil Young & Promise of the Real released a music video over the holiday weekend for their new song "Children of Destiny".
Backed up by a 56 piece orchestra and according to Neil the tune was recorded during a full moon.
