Liberty Tax In Lapeer Helping Soldiers With Used Cellphone Collection

Liberty Tax and the non-profit, Cell Phones For Soldiers Inc., have joined forces to help the troops call home. They are collecting gently used cell phones to help provide a connection for the more than 290,000 soldiers around the world. Here is how you can help:Stop by Saturday, April 5th between 11am and 3pm at the Liberty Tax Roadside Party at 558 Main Street, Suite 5 in Lapeer. They will provide a free lunch, snacks, drinks, and free tax advice. If you have an old phone, you can donate it to help a soldier call home at that time. The goal is to collect 100 phones.
