It's not every day that you're walking along the beach and all of a sudden you find what appears to be a brain wrapped in foil. Well, that's exactly what happened to construction worker, Jimmy Senda while he was walking along a Lake Michigan beach.

According to Fox 6,  Wisconsin police are looking to determine not only the what, but the why, after what appeared to be a brain was found on a beach Tuesday, Sept. 15.

I think at this point they've come to the conclusion that it is a brain that was found, they just need to figure out if it's human or not.

Here's what Jimmy Senda said about his strange discovery:

I don't really know how to explain it, it didn't register...I was just like, 'What is this?'" said Senda. "I came across this square package, wrapped in aluminum foil, and around it, it had a pink rubber band.

Curiosity got to me, so I popped it open and it looked like a chicken breast -- kind of. It took a little bit for it to really (register) of what was going on; it was a brain.

He went and asked some city employees that were working nearby and they agreed that what he found was, in fact, a brain.

Senda says he's happy that he found the brain instead of some kids.
