McLaren Flint ICU Nurse Dies Due To COVID-19 Complications

I have never met Patrick Cain, but I am beyond sad as I type this. Patrick Cain was an ICU nurse at McLaren Flint, and recently died from COVID-19 complications.

If you still don't believe the coronavirus pandemic is real - it is time to start believing. I cannot even imagine what it is like working at a hospital right now. Think of how many men and women, locally and all over the world, are sacrificing their lives to help others - just like Patrick Cain.

McClaren Flint shared the following statement,

'It is with deep sadness that I share with you the loss of one of our own due to the coronavirus. Patrick Cain, a Registered Nurse from the ICU, passed away over the weekend due to complications related to coronavirus. Our deepest sympathies go out to Patrick’s family, friends, and immediate co-workers during this incredibly difficult time.'

My thoughts are with the family, friends and co-workers of Patrick Cain. You will not be forgotten.
