MI Receives Its’ First Carvana Vehicle Vending Machine

Michiganders now have a new option when purchasing a used vehicle.

Michigan is now home to a brand new vehicle vending machine in Novi. The new Carvana vending machine is located at the Adell Center in Novi, just off of I-96 and Novi Road, next to Texas Roadhouse. The eight-story tall building, which can be seen from the highway, can house up to 27 vehicles at any given time.

Purchasing a used vehicle can be done completely online. Customers can search through an inventory of 20,000 vehicles online to find what they like. After they have found the right vehicle for them, the customer can then finance the purchase, sign contracts, and schedule the pick up of the car all on the online platform. The customer can either pick up the vehicle in person or schedule a delivery as soon as the next day.

This is where the giant vending machine comes into play. If the customer decided to pick up the car themselves, they schedule an appointment and then visit the car vending machine. Once there, they insert an oversized coin into the slot and then watch at the machine retrieves their car for them.

If you are worried about whether or not you will like the car or if it is working properly, Carvana offers a seven-day return policy. The cars that are available for purchase must also pass a 150-point inspection, be free of frame damage, and must never have been in an accident. Not only can customers purchase vehicles, they can also sell old vehicles to Carvana with quotes available in just minutes.
