Michigan Mac And Cheese Festival Happens This Weekend
You scream, I scream - we all scream for mac and cheese. Maybe that's not quite how it goes, but close enough. Did you know that Michigan has a mac and cheese festival? You do now.
The Michigan Mac and Cheese Festival is this Saturday, October 9th, at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo. If you want to attend this year - I suggest you get your tickets ASAP. According to the official Michigan Mac and Cheese Festival website, the event did sell out in 2019.
There are a few different ticket options for attendees and they are as follow,
VIP Mac & Beers $50
10 tokens for mac & cheese samples
10 drink tokens for beer/hard cider samples
Access to premium beer and hard cider not available to general admission
1 hour early entry at 2 pm
Logoed cup
Admission to the festival with live music, games, inflatables
- Must be 21 & up to purchase this ticket
VIP Just the Mac $40
10 tokens for mac & cheese samples

- All ages ticket, you cannot purchase alcohol with this ticket
GA Mac & Beers $35

- You must be 21 years of age and up to purchase this ticket
GA Just the Mac $30

- You will not be able to purchase alcohol with this ticket
Kids 12 and under accompanied by an adult, get in free. An exact list of vendors will be announced closer to the date of the event. I will definitely update this post when that information is available.
As far as hours go the festival is 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. VIP ticket holders can enter as early as 2:00 PM. I don't know about you, but I am thinking VIP is the way to go.
