
Michigan Man Accused of In Store Poisoning Deemed Incompetent For Trial
An Ann Arbor judge has ruled that the Michigan man accused of poisoning food at a grocery store is incompetent to stand trial.
Judge Cedric Simpson made his decision yesterday after reviewing a doctors evaluation on of the accused, 29-year-old Kyle Bessemer. For now Bessemer will stay at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry until a Sept. 22 review hearing. According to reports Bessemer created a concoction on mouse poison and hand sanitizer and sprayed it on produce at a Whole Foods, a Meijer store and Plum Market.
