Michigan Man Accused of Raping 12-Year Old Awarded Joint Custody of Her Child [VIDEO]

There is so much that's wrong with this story. Christopher Mirasolo, who is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl nine years ago, has been granted joint custody of the child he fathered with his victim.

A Sanilac County judge ordered the now-27-year old's name be added to the 8-year-old child's birth certificate, after a DNA test proved he fathered the child in 2008.

The victim's lawyer intends to contest the ruling.
