Michigan Might Opt Out of Daylight Savings Time

I was one hour late for an appointment the other day because I used the TV to keep track of time and it didn’t automatically reset last weekend. A bill introduced by State Rep. Jeff Irwin would end daylight saving time in Michigan. "Ultimately, daylight saving time is not worth the disruption it causes," Irwin said. "I hope my colleagues and Michigan residents will join me in supporting this legislation to eliminate the worst day of the year."
