Midland County Runaways Found Safe This Week
I attempted to runaway once. Over something 'major' - like not getting a particular GNR or Bon Jovi t-shirt at Paradise Express. I walked out the door, maybe took 20 steps and my mom came after me. Truth be told, I wasn't planning on going far. That was not the case for two Midland County runaways.
Rafael Orta Vazquez and Hallie Jo Toner disappeared on June 9th. The pair were located early on June 15th after knocking on the door of a house in Breckenridge (just 9 miles from their homes). The homeowner recognized the runaways and alerted police. Both have been returned safe to their families.
