MTV Bringing Back ‘TRL – Total Request Live’ [VIDEO]

MTV is reportedly bringing back TRL. Has the 'music channel' aired a video since the show was cancelled in 2008? Will it be hosted by the cast of '16 and Pregnant'?

TRL started in 1998 and was hosted by Carson Daly. The show was live in Times Square with a full studio audience and basically counted down the days most popular videos as voted by viewers. It was a lot of 'shout outs' from the audience and artists/bands would also stop by to perform or chat with Carson. No word on who the actual host(s) will be. The reboot of TRL will start in October. MTV will actually be airing videos again, what a concept. Will you be watching?
