The 'cookie monster massage father', who took $700 from his daughters Girl Scout cookie sales for a massage, has been sentenced. Brian Couture of Oregon will be on probation for 18 months and serve 80 hours of community service. I think he got off (so to speak), pretty easy.

This past March, Couture called 911 and reported his house had been broken into, and his daughter's cookie dough (wah wah), was missing. Once an investigation was opened, police soon noticed his story was not adding up. The pervy parent eventually admitted he lied about the robbery, and confessed to stealing the cookie money.

According to the New York Post, the Girl Scouts of America did get their money back. What about this guys poor daughter? How embarrassing for her. I don't know how you get past something like this - definitely not over milk and cookie, that is for sure.
