Pontiac Silverdome Demolition Begins This Weekend

There is a lot of history underneath that dome! This weekend demolition begins at the former home of the Detroit Lions the Pontiac Silverdome. I never saw a game there, but I did attend Monsters of Rock there in 1988.

The Pontiac Silverdome was also home to the Detroit Pistons from 1978 to 1988. Although a partial implosion is set for this Sunday, it will take months to complete the demolition. What are some of your favorite memories from the Pontiac Silverdome?
