Queen Announce ‘Freddie For a Day’ Party Competition

Attention Freddie Mercury fans! The members of Queen have come up with a nifty new solution for your party planning needs. The group have announced the ‘Freddie For a Day’ party pack, which allows you and your friends to enjoy a Freddie-themed party and share the results for the chance to win some prizes.

Retailing for 35 British pounds, the party pack contains Freddie mustaches, a party planner, post cards, CDs, key rings and more — enough for ten people. The supplies are limited to the first 250 responses, and hosts have to agree to throw their parties between Sept. 5 and Sept. 9 and share the results online. By registering your party, you can share photos online and compete for prizes that include copies of the Freddie Mercury book ‘The Great Pretender,’ copies of his CD ‘Barcelona,’ and a walk-on role in the London production of ‘We Will Rock You.’
