Robert Plant To Receive Spirit Award At Montreal Festival

Robert Plant adds an honor to his resume this week.  The Led Zeppelin legend receives the Spirit Award as part of the Montreal International Jazz Festival.  Event organizers are giving Plant the award during his sold-out concert Friday evening.  The fest started handing out the Spirit Award in 2006 to recognize "a popular artist's extraordinary contribution to the musical world."  Previous Spirit Award winners include Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, and Canada's own Leonard Cohen.
