Saginaw Police – Man Runs Over Woman More Than 5 Times With Vehicle

This is absolutely horrifying. Saginaw Police say a man ran a woman over five times with a vehicle. Police were called at roughly 2:00 a.m. this morning with reports of a woman lying in the road at the intersection of Clark Street and Schaefer Street. Jesus Christ.
