I don't know about robots taking over for actual human bartenders anytime soon, but this is pretty darn close. You may start your mornings with your Keurig coffee maker, now you can kick off  the night with a new Keurig machine - one that makes cocktails.

Say hello to the Drinkworks Home Bar. Reports indicate Keurig first introduced this machine last year in St. Louis. If you are familiar with Keurig coffee makers, you have probably already guessed that the cocktail and beer flavors come in pods - and there are a lot of them. Drinks available are as follows,

  • Cosmopolitan
  • Gin & Tonic
  • Daiquiri
  • Lime Vodka Soda
  • Long Island Iced Tea
  • Margarita
  • Strawberry Margarita
  • Mojito
  • Old Fashioned
  • Red Sangria
  • White Wine Peach Sangria
  • White Russian
  • Mai Tai
  • Stella Artois Cidre
  • British Classic Flights
  • Beck's Classic Flights

According to Drink Works, each pod contains the alcohol already. Mind blown. The brand is sure to point out that each pod contains high quality liquor and natural flavors that are measured perfectly. The machine costs $299, pods are $3.99 each.

With all good news, comes bad news right? Unfortunately we here in Michigan cannot order this glorious machine yet. Ugh - this is pure BS! If you do know someone in Missouri, they could get you one. They will be available in Florida and California sometime next year.

I guess we are SOL as of now, fingers crossed that I use one of these margarita making machines in my lifetime. Hey a girl can dream can't she?
