MORE BUFFALO SPRINGFIELD MUSIC COMING?

Last October, Neil Young, Stephen Stills and Rich Furay reformed Buffalo Springfield to play at the annual Bridge School Benefit in California. It went so well that it seems like the reunited group will hit the road this fall. And Stephen told us that might not be all they do.

“It’s friendly and it’s semi-apolitical and there’s old songs and then the ones that are going to come out of playing together. I know that Neil will suddenly burst, ‘Hey here, I wrote a couple of songs,’ and bring out a stack of 20.”

Nothing is official yet, but the band, with Rick Rosas and Joe Vitale sitting in for late members Bruce Palmer and Dewey Martin, will play at the 2011 Bonnaroo festival in Manchester, Tennessee this June. Tickets go on sale Saturday and you can learn more at Bonnaroo.com.
