It's the final month of summer, which if you believe some surveys, hasn't lived up to many people's expectations. But the brewmasters at Bell's have something new for you to try. It's a new wheat beer named Rind over Matter.

A couple of big releases coming for local beer drinkers in the coming days. The obvious one is Oberon Day is Monday, March 22nd. But a beer released this past holiday season as part of a holiday pack, is coming back for wider release and distribution.

Another indicator of how big the beer industry is in Michigan, and more to the point, how big a deal Bell's is, Larry Bell was featured in a Forbes Magazine story last week.

The American Wheat Ale, which is brewed with mango, is already getting tons of positive feedback from followers
