The Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer, in cooperation with Michigan Humanities Council, presents Hometown Teams: How Sports Shape America, a traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street program.
Art On Nepessing Street, a celebration of the arts and annual fundraising event is being presented by The Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer, (Gallery 194 and The PIX Theatre) and the Downtown Business Association today (5/15) and tomorrow (5/16). Thirty seven artists have generously donated not only their art, but also their time and effort in creating this year’s event.

Center for the Arts of Greater Lapeer announces Summer Art Classes, for everyone in the family. "Youth Art Saturdays" return this summer on July 12 and run for five weeks to August 9th. Young students will work with local art educators Nick Lange and Marianna Fiedor to explore and build their appreciation of art.
