A goat? In a wheelchair? Meet Frostie..... Frostie suffers from something called joint naval ill, it's a condition that prevents this baby snow goat from using his hind legs. A special wheelchair to help him walk was made by the  Edgar's Mission Farm Sanctuary in Australia...

A South Carolina man says he's willing to risk time in jail for his pet goat.  Charles Ferguson is facing criminal prosecution if he doesn't remove his goat Yogi from the city of Greer by Friday, April 13th.
