Lapeer Days Festival

Lapeer Days festival is happening now in downtown Lapeer. The annual summer event has been going on since 1901 and has grown over the years to become the county’s largest festival and Michigan’s largest free festival.

The Lapeer Days Festival is less then 10 weeks away and is $20,000 - $25,000 short of the support necessary to fund the event. The festival is not payed for through tax dollars but with sponsor contributions and various vendor fees.

Lapeer County's premiere Free festival is going on this weekend. Lapeer Days is enjoyed by family, friends and neighbors. Over 150,000 festival goers each year.

Hurley Medical Center has announced a new partnership with the Lapeer Area Chamber of Commerce for the 2014 Lapeer Days Festival! The agreement will make Thursday, August 14th, "Hurley Medical Center Armband Day" and folks who attend the festival that day, can purchase armbands at a discounted price for a day of unlimited carnival rides.
