Lapeer's Marguerite deAngeli Library and co-author of Oakdale: The Lapeer State Home Laura Fromwiller will be presenting three historical films on the institution.
Since several area school districts will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Day, the children’s department of the Marguerite deAngeli Library on West Nepessing Street in Lapeer will be hosting a drop-in craft program for all aged children on Monday, January 19th, from 2 until 4 p.m.
The Marguerite deAngeli Branch Library of the Lapeer District Library, on West Nepessing Street in Lapeer, will be offering a stimulating workshop for children and their families.The Sloan Museum of Flint will be facilitating this workshop that will allow the children to explore and learn scientific principles while having a fantastic fun time.
