The Michigan State Spartans finally managed to look like the team they were projected to look like in all the pre-season ranking polls.  Draymond Green popped in 15 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists to become the third Michigan State player to have a triple-double in a 75 - 57 win over Penn State on Thursday night...

Michigan State Guard Kalin Lucas poured in 27 points last night but it wasn’t enough as the Michigan Wolverines upset the Spartans 61 – 57 at the Breslin Center.  After starting the season at No. 2, the Spartans are now 12-8, 4-4 in the Big Ten, and will have to scrap to ensure another NCAA Tournament bid...

In a statement released by the university, it was announced that junior guard Korie Lucious had been dismissed from the team for the remainder of the season.  "Unfortunately, Korie Lucious displayed conduct detrimental to the program," coach Tom Izzo said in the statement...
