Over the weekend I dropped off and picked up one of my cats at the TSC in Imlay City. With the help of Paradise Animal Rescue, he was transported to the All About Animals Rescue’s high quality/low cost spay and neuter clinic in Warren, examined before surgery by and neutered by a licensed veterinarian.

This week is Cat Adoption Week at Lapeer County Animal Control. Until this Saturday November 1st, the county has waived the adoption fee for all cats and kittens. $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit is required if not altered.

Paradise Animal Rescue on M-24 just south of Barnes Lake Road has new area set up in the facility Nikki’s Cat Nook in memory of Nicole Alexandra Yungbluth from Metamora. Nikki loved all animals and volunteered at PAR after graduating from Lapeer West High School in 2005 and passed away when she was 25.
