Be On the Lookout For Suspect in Deadly Shooting
A northern Michigan woman is dead and the man police are looking for is still on the run and could be headed to Lapeer County. The Sheriff says the shooter is believed to be a hispanic man by the name of Francisco Arroyo, who may have had a previous relationship with the female victim.
