Since the news that Spider-Man would be joining The Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we couldn't help but wonder what that was going to look like. 'Iron Man 3' may not have opened in the United States yet, but it's already a smash hit overseas, earning more money in its opening weekend than 'The Avengers' did. 'The Avengers' made over $1.5 billion (with a b) at the box office, which is enough to make it one of the biggest films of all-time.
