The Who band

This week in 1965, rock and roll history was being made by The Who at Pye studios in London.

The Who's Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are helping to raise money for Teen Cancer America. Signed lithographs of art prints for their "The Who Hits 50!" album and tour are available for $878 with $500 being turned over to the charity.

I’ve always enjoyed The Who’s music and the artwork/graphic designs used by the band over the years. Now here in 2014, a new element has been added to The Who’s 50th anniversary, it’s a interactive app. The Who Immersive App is full of all sorts of great visuals from the past 50 years from the beginning when they came on the music scene in London as the Detours.
