March 12, 1969 was a one of a kind day for Paul McCartney. Paul married Linda Eastman at Marylebone Register Office in London. Paul said he and Linda had a big argument the night before they got married and it was nearly called off. After the ceremony the wedding party went to St John's Wood Church where the marriage was blessed. They then held a reception lunch at The Ritz Hotel. When the meal was over, Paul then went to Abbey Road studios in the evening to work. The honeymoon would come later.
