The White Horse Inn of Metamora Offering Free Carriage Rides In December

There may be no such thing as a free lunch, but there are free horse drawn carriage rides. The White Horse Inn in Metamora is offering a few select days of free rides in December.

In a time when people are trying to find safe things to do, this is perfect. The free carriage rides will be offered on the following days,

• Friday, December 4th - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday, December 5th -  5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Friday, December 11th - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday, December 12th - 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This is a first come, first serve situation. If you are planning on going - plan accordingly. If you play your cards right, you can enjoy a carriage ride, plus dinner and drinks in one of their heated igloos. Reservations are required, carry out food is of course an option as well. You can check out the entire menu here. A few top recommendations include Cowboy Mac and Cheese, Chicken Pot Pie and W.H. Pickles and Bread. Anyone else hungry now?

I should point out that the annual carriage rides are courtesy of the Metamora DDA.
