Solstice revelers, druids and pagans celebrated the arrival of the midsummer sunrise today at the megalithic monument of Stonehenge near Salisbury, England. Thousands gather annually at the 5000 years old stone circle to see the sunrise on the Summer Solstice. The solstice sunrise marks the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.
