I am quite sure by now, you are aware of the coronavirus and social distancing. In effort to stop the spread of the virus, large gatherings have been prohibited. Under that umbrella, are a lot of musicians with cancelled shows.

Although bands, whether on a national level, or local level, are losing money - a lot of them are still putting on shows for their fans via Facebook live stream. Yesterday I watched Cash O'Riley perform a St. Patrick's Day set, as did Royal Bliss. I applaud their positive energy during this most difficult, and trying time.

A favorite of mine, Thunderstruck: America's AC/DC, just announced that they will be streaming a live concert via Facebook this Saturday, March 21st. How cool is that? If you have yet to see this band perform, take my word for it - and watch Saturday night at 8:30 PM (EST). These guys just rolled through the Machine Shop a few weeks ago and absolutely killed it (as usual).

I will be watching, and I hope you will be too. Thank you to the Thunderstruck crew for doing this. Music truly is good for the soul. Now go wash your hands, for real.
