Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ Guitars Taken From Studio

Didn't I just do a story about someone taking stuff from a rock & roll celebrity? Oh yeah, it was Alice Cooper. Now add Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers to the list of recent crime victims.

Five very expensive guitars were recently taken from the Los Angeles studios where Tom and the band were rehearsing for some upcoming tour dates. There is a detailed list of the missing instruments, along with descriptions and serial numbers on the band's website. The band is also offering a $7.500 reward.
