Vandals Hit Lapeer County Community — Attempt Offensive ‘Art’ [NSFW – PHOTO]

This is why we can't have nice things, guys.

Sometime during the past weekend, someone decided to express themselves in a not so artistic fashion on Lapeer County's Columbiaville village well house in the middle of town. As you can see in the above photo, whomever did this, was not a happy camper.
