When You Think You Are Jumping Into The Deep End [VIDEO NSFW]

Is it lame that I think this prank is/was extremely dangerous? Or was it even a prank? Maybe neither one of the guys knew how shallow the water really was?

Check out the video above - Warning contains graphic language. A guy is coaxed into jumping in to water that he obviously thinks is much deeper than it actually is. I cannot be the only one who yelled 'ouch' when I watched this.

What if he would have dove head first. Holy eff - I can't even imagine. The guy that jumped explained in a short message when he posted the video, he said

'I was in Florida for vacation, my buddy told me to take a jump in the ocean as he filmed me. The water appeared deeper as a boat just left and the water was churned up. So this is the consequences I got.'

Okay so there is that, but can someone explain to me why his buddy is screaming 'silly salmon'? What the heck does that mean?
